This is one of the best cocktails I have ever tried/made. Got to make it at work tonight, but didn’t follow the recipe exactly ‘cause it was missing the best bit!

Toblerone
15ml Baileys Irish Cream
15ml Frangelico
30ml Crème de Cocao
60ml Cream
1 tsp honey
Grab your ice crusher and crush two large scoops of ice cubes. Place crushed ice in blender. Add Baileys, Frangelico, Crème de Cocao, cream and honey. Blend ingredients until mixture is a “slushie” consistency. Grab some chocolate topping and pour into the side of a large cocktail glass, turning to make a pattern. Pour mixture into glass and top with a bit of grated chocolate to serve. (Serve with a spoon, you wont want to leave any in the bottom of this glass!)
